Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Vialtide ("we", "us") handles information when you use the Vialtide iOS app and the vialtide.app website (together, the "Service"). Vialtide is a personal tracking tool for peptide and GLP-1 protocols. We designed it to collect the minimum needed to make the app work.

1. Information we collect

Health and protocol information you enter. Compounds you track, dose logs, injection sites, weight entries, nutrition and hydration logs, sleep entries, side-effect notes, and progress photos. You control all of this data; it exists because you typed or photographed it.
Apple Health data (optional). If you connect Apple Health, we read steps and active energy to display your activity inside the app. We do not upload those Apple Health results, and we never use Apple Health data for advertising, marketing, or sharing with data brokers.
Device and usage information. Random identifiers for app storage and, after tracking permission, advertising measurement; app version; OS version; language; time zone; and limited product-funnel events. The advertising identifier is separate from the identifier used for health records.
Purchase information. Subscription status and transaction events, processed by Apple and our subscription provider. We never see your card number.
Attribution information. If you arrive through a creator link or an ad, we receive standard install-attribution signals (for example, which campaign or creator code led to the install).

2. How we use it

To run the app: dose schedules, reminders, charts, and the research library.
To operate subscriptions, introductory offers, and restore purchases.
To understand which features and acquisition channels work, so we can improve the app.
To send the notifications you enable (dose reminders). You can turn these off in iOS Settings at any time.

3. Tracking and advertising

With your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, we share a strict allowlist of acquisition and subscription events (such as app opens, subscription starts, and purchases) with AppsFlyer and Meta so we can measure ads and pay creators fairly. If you decline the prompt, Vialtide does not send Meta advertising events or AppsFlyer in-app events. AppsFlyer may still process privacy-preserving install attribution that does not use the advertising identifier. We never share health activity or the contents of your health logs — doses, compounds, weight, nutrition, photos, side effects, chats, meal photos, or Apple Health data — with advertising partners.

4. Service providers

Supabase — database and server functions that store your entries.
RevenueCat — subscription management and receipt validation.
AppsFlyer — install and campaign attribution.
Meta — advertising measurement (event counts only, as described above).
Anthropic — powers the in-app AI assistant; your chat messages and, if you use meal scanning, meal photos are processed to generate responses.

Each provider processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention and deletion

Your entries are retained while you use the Service so your history and charts keep working. You can delete individual entries or use Settings → Delete all app data to remove the device's stored health records and private photos. You may also request deletion by email, and we will complete verified requests within 30 days.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure; please use judgment about what you store, and contact us immediately if you suspect any issue.

7. Children

Vialtide is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Not medical advice

Vialtide is a tracking and educational tool only. Nothing in the app is medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or dosing guidance. Always consult a licensed professional.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be highlighted in the app.
