Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Vialtide iOS app and the vialtide.app website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Vialtide is — and is not

Vialtide is a personal tracking and educational tool only. It is not a medical device and provides no medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or dosing guidance. Compound profiles in the research library are informational summaries, not recommendations. Many compounds referenced in the app are investigational and not approved by the FDA. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any compound, medication, or protocol.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Your data and responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log. Reminders and tracking summaries depend on the information you enter. Do not rely on the Service as your only record of anything important to your health.

4. Subscriptions

Vialtide Pro is offered as yearly and monthly auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple ID. The localized price, subscription length, and any introductory offer are shown before you confirm a purchase.
An introductory offer, when available and when you are eligible, may be a free trial or a discounted period. The exact offer and the regular renewal price are shown before purchase. After the introductory period, the subscription renews automatically at the regular price shown unless canceled.
Subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Apple's refund policies apply to all purchases.

Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service — including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the app, scraping the Service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, icons, and content, belongs to us or our licensors. Your data remains yours; you grant us the limited license needed to store and display it back to you.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information in it is complete or current.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any health outcomes connected to decisions you make. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the Service or these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. We may suspend access for abuse. You can stop using the Service at any time, and may request data deletion per the Privacy Policy.
